A We have a hunting system with tastings.
Fruits picked by customers are purchased.
During the fruit picking, we will explain to you about the growth of the fruit and the harvesting method.
Please feel free to ask any questions! Let's have fun together!
QCan I “confirm,” “change,” or “cancel” my reservation for fruit picking?
A A reservation number will be issued after the reservation is completed via web booking.
Click here to confirm or cancel your reservation. No cancellation fee will be charged if you contact us in advance.
If you need to cancel on the day of your reservation, please call us at 086-944-0117.
We would appreciate early notice for groups as we will prepare for the tasting.
QCan I have all-you-can-eat?
A We do not offer all-you-can-eat fruit picking.
You will not be able to eat until you have paid for the fruit at the direct sales counter. (Tasting is available before fruit picking).
QHow much of the admission fee includes a tasting?
A Before picking grapes, we offer a tasting of the varieties available that day.
Some customers are left out because the quantity is too large.
QWhen is the park open?
A Grape picking: Mid-July to Early November
Pear picking: Early September to Early January
Persimmon picking: Late September to Late November
(Only the direct sales shop will be open in late August.)

The first half of the year, from January to June, is the fruit growing season.
Only dried fruits such as Bizen Otome rice and pears are sold at the direct sales counter.

The direct sales office is basically open all year round.
We will announce on Instagram and Facebook when we will be closed.
QCan I still pick fruits even if it rains?
A Fruit picking is possible even if it rains. In the event of a rain storm, the event will be cancelled.
Please check the Ishihara farm's Instagram and Facebook page for the status of the event.
QIs there anything I need to bring?
A Basically, there is no such thing.
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for walking.
If possible, please bring wet wipes, hand towels, and a kappa if it looks like it will rain (September-November).
QIs fruit picking wheelchair accessible?
A Wheelchair users can enjoy fruit picking by using the elevator.
Fruit picking using the elevator is available from around September.

For customers of nursing homes, please inspect in advance.
QCan I pick fruits with a stroller?
AThe farm is on a slope, so strollers are not allowed. Please bring
a buckle carrier.
QCan I pick fruit with my dog?
A You can pick fruits with your favorite dog.
If you wish to do so, please enter it in the remarks column when you make a reservation. Please bring a leash for your dog on the day.
(Please do not give grapes to your dog.)
QHow many cars can park in the parking lot? Can groups of / buses enter the park?
A Both parking lots 1 and 2 can park 30 vehicles.
Large buses can park up to 4 vehicles, but the maximum number of passengers for fruit picking is 40 to 80.
We accept buses for students, groups for social studies, and groups from overseas, but we do not accept tour buses.
We accept mainly individual visitors who choose Ishihara farm by themselves.
